One of the largest condominiums in Ocean City, the Sea Watch was constructed in 1974 and has 408 units and 6 elevators with two each conveniently located at the north and south wings and two in the center of the building. The parking garage is located to your left as you pull into the main entrance. There is an on-premises management office and year-round security. The north and south sides of this ‘V shaped’ building consists of 2-bedroom units with den that can be used as a dining or sleeping area. The 18th floor has two level 3-bedroom units and the center ocean front stack has large 2- and 3-bedroom units with an 80’ balcony on the ocean.
Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, 3 lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground for the little ones, saunas, game room, fitness room and convenient shops which stay open in the summer season. You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk into the beautifully landscaped Atrium with a central fountain – what a nice retreat!
