English Towers Condominium in Ocean City

As you walk into the beautiful lobby of English Towers, you can see that the Board of Directors and owners take pride in their building. The meeting room and separate manager’s office is to the left just inside the main entrance.

While not one of the larger condos on the Gold Coast, English Towers still has a lot to offer – it has an Olympic size indoor pool (hours may vary), a game room (hours may vary) and two elevators. There are restrooms on the first level and each owner has a storage locker just outside the door leading to the beach. Built in 1974, this 16 floor masonry building consists of 2 and 3 bedroom units totaling 122. There are two tiers of 3 bedroom units on the ocean at either end of the building and two tiers on the bay side of the building. The remaining four tiers are 2 bedroom ocean front units.

With an in-house manager and 24 hour security, this is a popular building for owners and visitors alike.

While not one of the larger condos of the Gold Coast, the English Towers features two and three bedroom units with a year-round indoor pool (and game room).

Century I Condominium in Ocean City

9900 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842

Constructed in 1975, the Century I is a 25 floor condominium having 2 level townhouse style units with their entrance to these units on every other floor. There are six distinct floor plans and several double units. The living room in the odd numbered units is on the ocean and both bedrooms with private baths are on the bay side of the building. The even numbered units have the master bedroom on the ocean side. All styles have an ocean front balcony and at least one bayside balcony to view those fabulous sunsets.

For those who like the exercise, take the stairs at the front entry and walk up to the polished ceramic tiled lobby which also leads out to the sundeck and beach. Two centrally located elevators are in the main lobby and there is one elevator on the south end of the building which is used for beach access. You will be surprised at how fast they get you to your destination. With a huge indoor pool, fitness room, ocean front sundeck, meeting room, in-house management plus 24 hour security, this is a wonderful place to live or visit any time of the year.

Featuring unique two-level (split-level) units, the Century I offers both Atlantic Ocean views and Assawoman Bay views from each unit.
