The Plaza Condo building contains 221 units; 150 two bedroom and 71 three-bedroom units. The Plaza has 24-hour security, Plaza Condominium Association management office with resident manager, an on-site rental office and four elevators.

The Plaza Condo has an array of amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna, game room, oceanfront restaurant and lounge, and an oceanfront sundeck.

The Plaza building has one of the best reputations in town as a first-class building/association. The Plaza Condominium building producers top rental incomes and provides a fun, beachy atmosphere.
