Constructed in 1975, the Century I is a 25 floor condominium having 2 level townhouse style units with their entrance to these units on every other floor. There are six distinct floor plans and several double units. The living room in the odd numbered units is on the ocean and both bedrooms with private baths are on the bay side of the building. The even numbered units have the master bedroom on the ocean side. All styles have an ocean front balcony and at least one bayside balcony to view those fabulous sunsets.

For those who like the exercise, take the stairs at the front entry and walk up to the polished ceramic tiled lobby which also leads out to the sundeck and beach. Two centrally located elevators are in the main lobby and there is one elevator on the south end of the building which is used for beach access.
