9400 Condos

The 9400 Condominium is a popular building located in North Ocean City at 94th Street and Coastal Highway. These condos were built in 1976 and were built as a continuous pour of concrete, making this one of the “strongest” buildings at the beach. The building offers great views, a fine beach and is located within walking distance of stores, restaurants and (3) churches. If you are renting, remember the higher you go the better the view – and it will only take a couple extra minutes to get to the beach.
